i love film making, riding bikes, doing yoga, and weight lifting.

i teach yoga for passion, so i have started my yoga company called "NATHYOG", it gives me immense happiness to bring peace & happiness in all with yog, it is a true art of SELF REALISATION. In search of truth and myself, i encountered yoga as a greatest tool which is beyond religion, culture , caste or creed . it is to unite oneself with the true self that is god, or divine, you can say. my bigger purpose is to see oneness in the world , and awareness is a great tool which god has bestowed upon humanity which by meditation alone can be recognised, true love can be realised , equanimity is born. i truly follow from my heart which his Holiness Dalai lama said, i have no religion, "my religion is kindness"
